Holcomb Woods Business Park Picked Up by Rugby Realty Associate

New Rochelle, NY-based RexxHall Realty LLC, an affiliate of Rugby Realty, LLC has acquired Holcomb Woods Business Park. The four single-story office buildings totaling 240,000 square feet are located in Roswell, North Fulton County along Georgia 400. The portfolio was 70 percent leased at the time of acquisition according to an announcement released by the buyer.
This acquisition brings RexxHall’s Atlanta-area office holdings to 940,000 square feet, which includes Brookside Concourse in Alpharetta and Chattahoochee Corners in Duluth. Focused on the purchase, development, and management of real estate assets, the company now owns over 7.5 million square feet in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, and Georgia.
Due to its location less than one mile from Georgia 400, Holcomb Woods makes full use of the Roswell infrastructure as well as its proximity to Alpharetta and the Central Perimeter. The list of tenants at the office park includes companies like Arclin, Lennar Homes, Fulton Communications, Docufree and P. Marshall and Associates. CBRE’s Heather Lamb is in charge of the further leasing activities for the property. According to RexxHall Principal and Managing Director Daniel Stauber, Lamb and her team have handled more than 140,000 square feet of leases for the company in 2014 and succeeded in increasing their overall occupancy by more than 15 percent.
