Larry Walsh

Mr. Walsh is a Principal with Rugby Realty Co., Inc. and the Chief Operating Officer of the Pittsburgh Region.  He manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Pittsburgh Portfolio. 

Mr. Walsh joined Rugby in 2003 after a successful career developing CVS/pharmacy drug stores across the country for Armstrong Development, headquartered in Pittsburgh.  He was born and raised in Pittsburgh, and earned a Master’s Degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Public Policy and Management with a concentration in Urban and Regional Economic Development.
